Flowerbomb / Shrimp / big mistake

Flowerbomb is an alternative indie band from Washington DC. With accolades from local outlets like the Wammies DC, (winning Best Rock Song and Best Rock Band, in 2023 and 2024) Flowerbomb has become a staple of their scene, winning listeners over with their raw observational lyricism and the palpable joy and camaraderie of their live performances. Flowerbomb's second single, Jewish Girl, from their forthcoming LP comes out July 2026. Shrimp is a genre-blending band from Raleigh, NC, combining grunge, shoegaze, psych, punk, sludge, and prog rock all into one heaping ball of sonic waves, sure to keep you on the tips of your toes wondering what’s coming next. Previously active from 2018-2020, they made their return to the scene in 2025 with the Halloween sophomore release of Crangon Crangon. Now with a fourth member behind a few synthesizers, new and old songs are more complex and wackier than ever before. Some inspirations include: Osees, Duster, Nirvana, The Melvins, Wishy, Ty Segall. big mistake is a Raleigh based indie noise pop band. They were formed in 2025 by Elijah Hall and Michael Utt after working on the project My Sister Maura. Their debut single “party pickup” released independently in July of 2025.
