Deep Meditation Sound Exploratory

At Surya Sound Temple, the Deep Meditation Experience is a 60-minute immersive session designed for deep relaxation, inner reset, and sound-vibrational healing. It blends live soundscapes, guided meditation, and subtle movement or stillness ; all in a small-group, intimate setting. Upon arrival you’ll be welcomed into our studio and invited to lie down or recline; soft lighting, cushions, blankets, and treated with respect for silence and presence.

Anyone seeking a deep relax & reset; good for busy minds, overworked bodies, anyone craving calm and neural rest. Fans of sound-healing, ambient and instrumental meditation. People comfortable lying/sitting silently for 60 minutes in a dim, quiet space, and willing to engage in a contemplative atmosphere.
