This party is gonna be historic! Join us for a Countdown to the Rent Freeze Party at Elsewhere on SEPTEMBER 30th to celebrate NYC's TWO YEAR RENT FREEZE!!

Tenants across the city organized for a rent freeze that will allow more of us to stay in our homes and organize with our neighbors. The freeze goes into effect for leases on October 1st, so come party with us on RENT FREEZE EVE to celebrate!

Music will be DJed by Eric Thor (@ericedwardthor) and Jaybo (@jaybo117). We'll dance the night away AND talk about what's next for the tenant movement!

Also, we like drinks like we like our rent - frozen! First round of our Rent Freeze Margarita is on us! Tickets are sliding scale and every $$ raised goes towards funding the NYS Tenant Bloc.
