A veteran of the Providence noise scene now living in London, Ren Schofield aka Container has made a name for himself producing some of the heaviest, grooviest, and most infectiously dancy noise beats around. Since 2011, Container has served up frenetic and freaky rhythms with a certain punk ethos with numerous releases across labels including Spectrum Spools, Alter, and Liberation Technologies. Known for snarling, gritty, and distorted polyrhythms, Schofield’s unique take techno has earned him performance slots at clubs like Berlin’s legendary Berghain while solidifying his outsider status within the techno scene. Locals may know Container from his 2023 remix of "Foul" by Special Interest or from the significant airplay his 2024 album *Yacker* received on New Orleans' WTUL. This is live hardware techno at its weirdest. Don't miss Container live in New Orleans for the first time since 2019.
