Set beneath the South Florida sky at Las Olas Oceanside Park, this special concert brings together acclaimed artists, advocates, and our community to honor the lives affected by HIV, remember those we have lost to AIDS-related illnesses, celebrate the extraordinary progress made over the past 35 years, and renew our commitment to ending the HIV epidemic. The evening will open with a special performance by legendary Tony, Grammy, and Emmy Award winner André De Shields. It is an opportunity to come together as a community—to remember, to celebrate, and to recognize that the work continues. World AIDS Day is observed around the globe as a time to increase awareness about HIV, challenge stigma and discrimination, encourage testing and prevention, and affirm that people living with HIV deserve equitable access to compassionate, high-quality care. Proceeds from the evening will benefit the Susan Terry Foundation, continuing the legacy of CAN Community Health founder Susan Terry by supporting organizations and initiatives that improve health, advance dignity, and strengthen communities. Produced in partnership with Gray Box Theater and HarmonyWaves.
