Friday, October 30 Claudio Simonettis Goblin plays Dario Argentos TENEBRAEat Cinematheque at Cleveland Institute of ArtDoors 7 PM | Show 8 PMALL AGES$50 advance / $55 day of showFully seated event. No assigned seating, first come first served. Composer Claudio Simonetti has written and recorded some of the most influential scores and soundtracks in horror, including Suspiria, Dawn of the Dead, Deep Red / Profondo Rosso, Demons, and many others, with his seminal work still informing the genre to this day. This year, Simonettis Goblin celebrates Dario Argentos 1982 critically acclaimed classic, Tenebre, with a live performance of the score set to a screening of the film. Following the finale of the movie, the collective will return after a brief intermission to deliver an additional performance of quintessential Goblin material and best of songs and scores set to their cinematic counterparts.
