Claire Conway + Verboten + Will Orchard

Verboten writes charming, folky pop songs about disillusionment. Songwriter Foster Powell pairs bright, melodic hooks with poetic lyrics and a sound indebted to 90s-era alt rock. The band has toured for several years in the Northeast USA, recently relocating to Bellingham, WA and releasing their first full-length, Life Expectancy, in 2024. For fans of Belle and Sebastian, Elliott Smith, Andy Shauf. ___________________________________________________________ Blending heartfelt, confessional lyrics with intimate instrumentation, Claire Conway is a songwriter and storyteller with an ear for authenticity. With a wise-beyond-her years level of poise and introspection that draws comparisons to contemporary folk-minded songwriters like Leith Ross and Eliza McLamb, Claire draws listeners in with hushed guitar melodies, warm vocals, and compelling lyrical meditations on the birth and death of love, growing up, and self-discovery. __________________________________________ Will Orchard is a Nashville-via-New England based indie-folk artist. He has made a name for himself as both a deeply emotive and disarming songwriter, and a relentless DIY troubadour. His music has taken him on tour around the US and Europe more times than he can count, often with his partner & fellow songwriter Jess Kerber. His latest record, Behind The Shadow Glass, was lauded by many indie outlets, including Atwood Magazine, who praised his “poetic introspection, stirring melodies, and earnest, open-hearted spirit”. In 2026, he looks forward to continued tour dates around the US and Europe, and a new record on the horizon.
