Charlie A is a DJ and music producer with over 20 years in the industry. Known for eclectic sets olending jazz, electro, techno, house, and soul. Active in both Brazil and the UK's underground scenes.
Among the first to perform electro at São Paulo Gay
Pride.
London based since 2004, Charlie performed at Half Baked, The Egg, and Super Freak party in AKA (The End) and has opend for such as Michael Mayer and Clockwork.
He's played at T Bar, Catch22, Zigfrid, Mother 333, Turnmills, 93 Feet East - to name a few - showing his versatility in genres such as hip hop, house, electro, techno and jazz.
Charlie is the founder of Relaunch, a music & events platform with editions like Relaunch Jazz.
Inspired by his DJ father, Charlie blends vintage and modern genres with a deep understanding of club culture.
