About:

Chanelle Tru is an emerging R&B artist from the Windy City of Chicago, creating music that is authentically tru to who she is. Whether in conversation or on stage, she delivers the raw truth of her life, love, pain, and passion with confidence, vulnerability, and undeniable energy.

Singing and writing since the age of 10, Chanelle uses her artistry as a space for people to love freely, feel deeply, heal honestly, and express themselves fully. Her music invites listeners into real moments—where emotion isn’t filtered and self-expression is celebrated.

Inspired by icons such as Beyoncé, Chris Brown, Aaliyah, Brandy, Nicki Minaj, and the legendary Michael Jackson, Chanelle showcases her talent through powerful diversity. A true creative force, she seamlessly blends singing, rapping, dancing, songwriting, acting, and modeling—proving that her artistry knows no single lane.

Fresh off her latest EP Not Too Much, with over 8,000 YouTube subscribers and a standout performance opening for Manny Wellz, Chanelle Tru is steadily carving out her own space in the industry. Bold, versatile, and deeply intentional, she is an artist on the rise—and one you’ll want to keep your eyes on.

Follow Chanelle Tru on all social platforms and stream her music on SoundCloud, Apple Music, Spotify, and more.
