Captains of Industry

Captains of Industry are a Boston-based indie rock band rooted in classic American rock and roll but unafraid to push beyond it, drawing inspiration from bands such as Tom Petty, Gin Blossoms, Dawes, and My Morning Jacket. The band is made up of vocalist/guitarist Daniel Rodriguez, vocalist/bassist Aaron Kammerer, vocalist/guitarist Jason Fidler, and drummer Drew Spangler. Each member had spent years playing in various projects across the Boston and New England music scenes before coming together in the summer of 2019. After releasing their debut EP So Sweet in December 2021, the band quickly built a reputation as a formidable live act, playing sold-out shows at venues including The Burren, The Bebop, The Middle East, and The Jungle Community Club. In April 2026 they released their full length LP Hands That Remember, and currently have recurring gigs at Distraction Brewing in Roslindale and Village Social Club in Brookline.
