Headlined by Butcher Brown, this free event celebrates the fusion of jazz and hip-hop, inviting Denver to explore new musical ground. We’re b ringing our two passionate public radio communities together with a set that rewires what you think of jazz and hip-hop.   Butcher Brown THIS IS A REMINDER THIS IS A REMINDER is a Denver-based music collective consisting of The Parrisian (Trumpet/Live Production/Vocals), Hunter Roberts (Bass), and Blaak Jordan (Drums). Together, the three of them shape the musical experience into a fluid, immersive blend of live instrumentation and modern production—fusing warm harmonies, soulful melodies, and deep pockets into a cohesive, reflective experience that lives up to its name: a reminder to feel, reflect, and stay present.
