Originally from Spokane and now based in Minneapolis, singer-songwriter Ben Vogel returns home for a special night of live music at The Listening Room at Hamilton Studio. Specializing in tightly constructed pop songs about the messiness of life, Ben pairs intricate guitar playing with a distinctly vibrant voice and a songwriting style that feels both sophisticated and refreshingly organic. Defiantly untethered to modern trends without leaning overtly retro, his unique take on power pop combines thoughtful lyricism, memorable melodies, and a DIY approach to making music. An energetic and often spontaneous live performer, Ben can be found fronting his full band or, for more intimate performances, stripping things back to just his voice and acoustic guitar. After making Minneapolis his home in 2025, Ben returns to Spokane with new music, including his latest single, “Postcard,” released this August, with more on the way.
