Webbie

Webbie is the stage name of Webster Gradney Jr., an American rapper from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. His Southern hip-hop tracks draw on Trill Entertainment street narratives and catchy hooks. Savage Life (2005) was his major-label debut; "Independent" from Savage Life 2 (2008) reached the Billboard Hot 100 top ten. He built his name alongside Lil Boosie on Ghetto Stories (2003) and still draws club crowds for raw Baton Rouge rap sets.
