Toronzo Cannon is an American electric blues guitarist, singer and songwriter from the South Side of Chicago, born in 1968. His hard-grinding Chicago style pairs blistering fretwork with personal, truth-telling original songs. Signed to Alligator Records in 2015, he released "The Chicago Way" (2016) and "Shut Up & Play" (2024), and is known as the CTA bus driver turned international blues star.
