Tom Morello

Tom Morello is an American guitarist, songwriter, and political activist, best known as co-founder and guitarist of Rage Against the Machine. His playing fuses rap, punk, funk, and heavy metal through unconventional pedal effects and inventive riffs. After co-founding Rage Against the Machine in 1991, he later joined Audioslave and recorded solo work as the Nightwatchman; Rage was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2023. His live sets spotlight politically charged rock built on one of alternative metal's most distinctive guitar voices.
