The Weather Station in New York

The Weather Station is a Canadian folk band from Toronto, formed in 2006 and fronted by singer and pianist Tamara Lindeman. Its indie folk has grown into fuller, more experimental arrangements over the years. The album "Ignorance" (2021), which deals with the climate crisis, was shortlisted for the Polaris Music Prize, and "Humanhood" (2025) was longlisted for the same prize.
