The Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band is an American blues rock group led by guitarist Kenny Wayne Shepherd from Shreveport, Louisiana. Their sound fuses Texas blues fire with pop-rock hooks, often featuring vocalist Noah Hunt on staples like "Blue on Black". Albums include platinum seller "Trouble Is..." (1997) and "Ledbetter Heights" (1995). Live shows highlight Shepherd's virtuoso Stratocaster playing in extended blues-rock jams.
