The Chainsmokers are an American electronic DJ and production duo from New York City, consisting of Alex Pall and Drew Taggart. Their sound blends EDM, electropop, and future bass, with Taggart often singing on their records. Formed in 2012, they broke through with the 2014 single "#Selfie" and won a Grammy for "Don't Let Me Down" (2016). Live sets pair festival-scale production with club and arena DJ performances.
