The Avett Brothers

folkfolk rock

The Avett Brothers are an American folk rock band from Concord, North Carolina, led by brothers Scott and Seth Avett. Their music blends bluegrass, country, punk, and indie rock with earnest lyrics. Rick Rubin produced "I and Love and You" (2009); "True Sadness" (2016) reached number three on the Billboard 200. Live sets pair banjo, cello, and guitar with singalongs and high-energy festival crowds.
