SWMRS
rockpop
SWMRS is an American punk rock band from Piedmont, California, formed in 2004 by brothers Cole and Max Becker and pronounced "swimmers." Their sound mixes pop-punk hooks with surf and garage rock energy in catchy, punk-inflected songs. After starting as Emily's Army, they became SWMRS in 2015, releasing Drive North (2016) and Berkeley's on Fire (2019). Live shows are explosive singalongs where the Becker brothers' family bond shapes the band's high-energy performances.
