Surfistas del Sistema is an Argentine indie pop and synthpop band formed in Buenos Aires in 2013 by Francisco Frione. Their music blends 1980s-inspired pop with contemporary indie rock. They earned a Carlos Gardel Award nomination in 2014 for Best Alternative Pop-Rock Album and have released multiple studio albums including "Toda me recuerda a vos". Live, they have headlined major Latin American venues and festivals such as Vive Latino.
