Sean Monaghan is a Detroit-based electronic musician and synth player who builds custom instruments with Max MSP and Raspberry Pi hardware. Their work centers on expressive control and improvisation through modular synthesis and homemade electronics. They tour in Joo Won Park's ensemble EMEWS and co-founded Wayne State's Tech Jazz group. Live sets foreground sonic exploration via custom sampling patches and hardware-driven improvisation.
