Save Ferris is a ska punk band from Orange County, California, formed in 1995 and named after the film "Ferris Bueller's Day Off". Monique Powell fronts the band, blending ska, punk and rock. A 1996 Grammy showcase win for best unsigned band led to Epic Records and the 1997 album "It Means Everything", built around a cover of "Come On Eileen". "Modified" followed in 1999, and Powell revived the band in 2013.
