Robbie Fulks
country
Robbie Fulks is an American alternative country singer-songwriter from York, Pennsylvania, long based in Chicago. His witty songs blend honky-tonk, bluegrass and old-time country with sardonic storytelling and sharp guitar flatpicking. Albums include "Country Love Songs" (1996) and "Upland Stories" (2016), which earned a Grammy nomination for Best Folk Album. His intimate club shows range from irreverent originals to deep dives into traditional material.
