Man or Astro-man? is an instrumental surf rock band from Auburn, Alabama, formed in the early 1990s. It blends early 1960s surf with late 1970s new wave and punk, adding theremins, synthesizers and science fiction audio samples. Albums include "Experiment Zero" (1996) and "EEVIAC" (1999). Its theatrical shows are known for sci-fi set pieces, space-age jumpsuits and tesla coils on stage.
