Kruder & Dorfmeister are an Austrian electronic duo from Vienna, formed in 1993 by Peter Kruder and Richard Dorfmeister. They are known for slow, dub heavy downtempo and trip hop, and for remixes that rebuild pop, hip hop and drum and bass tracks around deep bass and unhurried grooves. Their debut EP "G-Stoned" (1993) was followed by the mix albums "DJ-Kicks" (1996) and "The K&D Sessions" (1998), and they run the label G-Stone Recordings. Both also lead side projects, Dorfmeister in Tosca and Kruder as Peace Orchestra.
