Jerry Douglas is an American dobro and lap steel guitarist from Warren, Ohio, based in Nashville. He blends bluegrass, Americana, and country with fluid, lyrical slide-guitar lines across solo and session work. A 14-time Grammy winner, he has played with Alison Krauss & Union Station and co-directed Transatlantic Sessions since 1998. His live sets showcase virtuosic, voice-like dobro improvisation rooted in deep bluegrass tradition.
