The Four Tops are an American vocal group formed in Detroit in 1953 and one of the signature acts of Motown. Levi Stubbs, Duke Fakir, Obie Benson and Lawrence Payton sang together for over four decades, led by Stubbs's baritone. Their hits include "I Can't Help Myself" (1965) and "Reach Out I'll Be There" (1966), both number one on the Billboard Hot 100. They entered the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1990.
