Descendents
rockpunk
Descendents are a melodic hardcore punk band formed in Manhattan Beach, California, in 1977. Their short, fast songs cover love, relationships, nerdiness and coffee, sung by Milo Aukerman, a biochemistry PhD who worked as a biologist. "Milo Goes to College" (1982) became a template for later pop punk, and the band continued through "Everything Sucks" (1996) and "Hypercaffium Spazzinate" (2016).
