Deep Thrills

Deep Thrills is the electroclash project of Los Angeles producer Matan KG, who also records as Paper Idol. He bills the sound as hyperclash, blending hyperpop and electroclash on "First Date" with XKYLAR. Before the alias he released the Paper Idol album "The Playground" in 2022, and press highlighted a Charli XCX remix. Club lineups frame his sets around electro, hyperpop and bloghaus-style dance remixes.
