Dead Gowns

Dead Gowns is the project of Portland, Maine songwriter Geneviève Beaudoin. Her songs move between folk-rock, alt-country and indie with a weather-worn intimacy. The second Dead Gowns album, "Vegas", grew out of the end of a close friendship and deals with rupture, memory and grief; it was recorded in a farmhouse at the foot of the White Mountains and produced by Sam Kassirer and Colin Lester Fleming.
