Crvena Jabuka
pop rock
Crvena Jabuka is a pop rock band formed in Sarajevo in 1985 and based in Zagreb since re-forming in 1994. Their sound blends British rock with power pop and folk-tinged ballads. The debut "Crvena Jabuka" (1986) brought Yugoslav fame; after a 1986 tragedy killed two founders, survivors released "Za sve ove godine" (1987) and the comeback "Sanjati" (1988). They tour widely across the former Yugoslav republics.
