Buena Vista Orchestra carries on the Cuban music tradition associated with the Buena Vista Social Club from Havana. Its repertoire spans son cubano, bolero, guajira and danzon, drawing on veteran musicians from Cuba's golden age. The original 1996 World Circuit recordings brought that sound to global audiences. Live performances deliver classic Cuban son and bolero with big-band instrumentation and seasoned vocalists.
