Breaking Benjamin is an American rock band from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, formed in 1999 by singer-guitarist Benjamin Burnley. Their post-grunge hard rock pairs swelling choruses and heavy guitars with angst-driven lyrics led by Burnley. Albums include "Dear Agony" (2009), and "Dark Before Dawn" (2015), which topped the Billboard 200. Their concerts focus on anthemic live versions of staples from across their catalog.
