Bobby Brown

Bobby Brown is an American R&B singer and new jack swing pioneer who rose to fame as a founding member of New Edition before a solo career. His fusion of hip-hop grooves and R&B pairs swaggering vocals with dance anthems and slow jams. The 1988 album "Don't Be Cruel" brought five Hot 100 top 10 singles, including "My Prerogative" and Grammy-winning "Every Little Step." Live sets lean on signature 80s and 90s hits such as "Roni" and "Don't Be Cruel."
