Black Marble

Black Marble is the synth-pop project of Chris Stewart, formed in Brooklyn in 2011 and later based in Los Angeles. His coldwave sound uses analog synths and syncopated drums with melodic, emotionally direct songwriting. The album "Bigger Than Life" arrived in 2019 after Stewart moved west. Live sets pair shimmering electronics with dance-floor warmth.
