Arm's Length is an emo band from Quinte West, Ontario, formed in 2018 by singer and guitarist Allen Steinberg with brothers Jeremy and Jeff Whyte. The band updates early 2000s pop punk and emo with post-hardcore breakdowns, with lyrics about identity and mental health. After the debut album "Never Before Seen, Never Again Found" (2022), it signed with Pure Noise Records for "There's a Whole World Out There" (2025).
