A Flock of Seagulls

A Flock of Seagulls are an English new wave band formed in Liverpool in 1979. Their music mixes synth-pop with textured guitar and dance-rock hooks. The 1982 debut featured "I Ran (So Far Away)" and reached the U.S. top 10; "Wishing (If I Had a Photograph of You)" became their biggest U.K. hit. Led by Mike Score, they still tour playing era-defining MTV-era anthems.
